Can I travel with my bicycle?
Yes, we carry bicycles between June 22nd and September 6th (limited places - no service garantee.) Your bike must be wrapped. Go to our service counter where you can buy a bag for $5 plus tax. Transportation fee for bicycles is $5 plus tax. Your bicycle will be placed in the bus luggage compartment. Upon arrival, you can retrieve it when getting off the bus or at the terminal parcel counter.
What if I have a wheelchair?
Make a reservation at least one (1) week in advance by phoning our offices.
How many pieces of luggage can I bring?
You can bring two suitcases with a maximum weight of 34 kg (75 lb) and a size of 60 x 60 x 90 cm (24 x 24 x 36 in.) each. You can also bring a carry-on bag aboard if it fits easily in the overhead compartment. We are not responsible for any lost, forgotten or damaged luggage.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost tickets or damaged ones that are illegible.
Can I use a roundtrip ticket to travel in any direction?
No. A roundtrip ticket must be used to travel in the direction indicated.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged before departure.
Can I travel with my baby?
Our coaches’ seats are not equipped to accommodate baby seats, and there’s no changing table aboard. The fare of a one-way ticket for children aged 0-4 is $5, but the roundtrip ticket is free.
What can I do if my destination does not appear on the list of towns served by Galland Laurentides?
Contact your Galland Laurentides agent or visit the espacebus.ca website to obtain information on the fares and schedules for your destination. In most cases, you can buy tickets with a bus company that will offer service to a stop-off destination where you’ll be able to transfer.
Do I have to make a reservation for my seat?
No, you don’t need a reservation.
Can children travel alone?
You will have to fill in the form that will be presented to you upon the purchase of the ticket. The child that is travelling alone must be between 8 and 12 years old and not make any transfer outside our network. You can only purchase a one-way ticket. For the return trip, the person that will accompany the child to the station must also fill in the designated form.
For safety purposes, children under 12 years old must board and get off our coaches in a city where there’s a bus terminal. Upon arrival, children travelling alone must wait for the driver before getting off the bus.
Can a student from outside Quebec get the student fare offered in Quebec?
Yes. He/she just has to show a valid ISIC card and/or proof of age.
Can I travel with my pet?
Except for guide dogs, pets are not allowed aboard our coaches.
