Yes, we carry bicycles between June 22nd and September 6tth (limited places) Your bike must be wrapped. Go to our service counter where you can buy a bag for $5 plus taxes. Transportation fee for bicycles is $5 plus taxes. Your bicycle will be placed in the bus luggage compartment. Upon arrival, you can retrieve it when getting off the bus or at the terminal parcel counter.

You can bring two suitcases of a maximum weight of 34 kg (75 lb) and size of 60 x 60 x 90 cm (24 x 24 x 36 in.) each. You can also bring aboard a carry-on bag if it fits easily in the overhead compartment. We are not responsible for any lost, forgotten or dammaged luggage.

No, you don’t need a reservation.
You will have to fill in the form that will be presented to you upon the purchase of the ticket. The child that is travelling alone must be between 8 and 12 years old and not make any transfer outside our network. You can only purchase a one-way ticket. For the return trip, the person that will accompany the child at the station must also fill in the designated form.
For safety purposes, children under 12 years old must board and get off our coaches in a city where there’s a bus terminal. Upon arrival, children travelling alone must wait for the driver before getting off the bus.
Except for guide dogs, pets are not allowed aboard our coaches.
