Rules and Regulations
  • It is forbidden to behave so as to prevent the driver from maintaining control of the vehicle or from obstructing him/her in their functions.
  • The driver can refuse the boarding of a passenger having a physically or verbally violent behaviour, thus threatening the safety of the driver or other passengers.
  • It is forbidden to light a match, a lighter or to smoke aboard a vehicle.
  • It is forbidden to consume alcohol on board a vehicle, whether the vehicle is moving or not.
  • The driver can refuse the boarding of a passenger whose state of intoxication can be dangerous to other passengers or disturb the driver from concentrating on his/her functions.
  • It is forbidden to consume food on board a vehicle.
  • Animals cannot board a vehicle with the exception of guide dogs. The owner of these animals must take care that his animal does not inconvenience the passengers.
  • Adults have a right to 2 luggage and 1 hand luggage, with no extra charge. All the hand luggage must be placed under the seat or in the overhead bins.
  • The traveller must keep on him articles such as money and prescription drugs.
  • Weapons of all categories are prohibited on the vehicle.
  • Laptops must be transported on board and counts as hand luggage.
  • Unpacked luggage are accepted, provided that they can undergo handling and stacking without damaging itself nor to damage the other luggage.
  • Any objects that can be a nuisance to other passengers, or prevent the driver from concentrating, are not allowed.
  • Bicycles must be placed in a bicycle bag . Reusable bicycle bags are available at our agencies for a cost of 5.00$.
  • The bicycle is not considered a luggage but is considered a parcel. A surplus 5.00$ plus taxes is charged to have the bicycle transported with the passenger.


    Groupe Galland or any boarding personnel reserves itself the right to refuse the access to any passenger not respecting these rules and regulations.
