Since the end of 2004, Groupe Galland obtained its certification to the standard of service relating to transport by bus delivered by the Office of standardization of Quebec (BNQ) and thus becoming one of only two bus transport companies in Quebec with this certification.  

The certification program for private companies in bus transportation aims at raising the quality of business interactions, and thus, with each stage of customer service as of the first contact with the customer the certified company must comply to the standard. Nothing is left to chance, and consequently safety, competence, quality and reliability are not taken for granted anymore. Thus, instilling the procedures, rules and standards in a bus transport company guarantees the customer as to the level of promised service.

For the customers of Groupe Galland the certification represents an objective tool to make sure that they deal with a professional company offering high class quality services guaranteed by the implementation of rigorous processes.

Obtaining this certification is a very long and difficult exercise. The team of Groupe Galland is proud to have met all the requirements necessary for its accreditation to the BNQ standard quality.
